Over the last few months, I've had the pleasure of helping a few families, couples and singles declutter. Since we are currently spending more time in our own four walls due to the winter season and the Corona development, I have compiled a list of things that you can sort out yourself without much effort. They are all typical examples from my customers and from myself. So you don't necessarily have to tidy up with a system, which is rather time-consuming.
Just start somewhere on this list or choose a few items. You'll see, it feels so good to clean out and create order.

So here's the list of things you can clear out without much stress.
Kitchen
- Spices - check the expiry date
- Food that you have had for a long time and is not eaten
- Drinking bottles, bidons
- Tupperware
- Cups or Mugs
Dresses
- Dresses with holes and stains
- Dresses that are not comfortable
- Accessories: belts, scarves, jewellery - many things go out of fashion so quickly!
- Handbags and backpacks
- Winter Outdoor Clothes - what you didn't wear last winter, please donate now!
Bad
- Sunscreen - in case it is no longer usable next year
- Old nail varnish
- Old medicines
- Old beauty products you don't use
- Samples/Samples
Decoration and miscellaneous
- Christmas decorations - if you didn't use it last year and you don't fancy it this year, please let it go now. Someone will definitely be happy about it.
- Cleaning supplies and rags
- Magazines
- Bed linen
- Towels
- Ceilings
- Toys: anything that is broken, missing parts, no longer age appropriate or never paid attention to, please donate or dispose of. New things are sure to arrive at the house this Christmas!
- Your phone! Go through the photos, delete all the not so great ones and duplicates. Also delete apps, subscriptions and contacts you no longer need.
